From the personal collection of Frank Cascio, a close friend and personal assistant to Michael whose family was also very close to Michael for many years, travelling all over the world with him. Overall very good condition, the program shows wear including creasing. Comes with a letter from Frank Cascio and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
