Typed letter dated May 8th, 1937, on F.W. von Meister letterhead informing a Worth Davis that a letter addressed to him was destroyed in the destruction of the Hindenburg. Signed by Hindenburg navigator and acting Post Master Maz Zabel, in black ink. Accompanied by an original photograph of the zeppelin on October 8, 1936.
