It is extremely rare to have both original inserts accompanying the 45 and there are only a few copies of 45 record known to exist. In near mint condition with custom sleeve. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity stating it is from the Eddie Hammer Collection.
