A medical contract between Marilyn Monroe and the Associated Hospital Service of New York. The contract is completely handwritten by Arthur, providing personal details of him and Marilyn. Most interested is the fact that the purpose of the visit was due to Monroe's miscarriage, with Arthur writing down miscarriage on the contract. The contract is both signed by Miller and Monroe.
