Carrie Underwood signed her stage worn Charlotte Bobcats commemorative basketball jersey on the front in black sharpie pen. The jersey also bears her name "Underwood" on the back. Carrie wore this actual jersey on stage when she performed in concert in 2008 and she subsequently signed the jersey and then donated it to her charity, the C.A.T.S.
