American general and aviation pioneer, Jimmy Doolittle signed this 8 x 10 photographic print labeled "Courtesy Mutual of Omaha," and inscribed a message, "To Gary Libow: With every good wish. J.H. Doolittle," in black felt pen. Doolittle was awarded the Medal of Honor for his command of the Doolittle raid against the Japanese main islands during World war II. Good condition with a crease in the bottom right corner. Comes with a Beckett Certificate of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
