Pete Rose signed this photograph of him surpassing the all-time hits record in 1985. During his career Rose was noted for his all-around ability and enthusiasm. He was named Player of the Decade (1970–79) by The Sporting News. At the end of his career, he became better known for the accusations of gambling that led Major League Baseball to ban him from the sport in 1989. Measures 11 x 13. Very good condition.
