An Elton John promotional MBNA America Bank credit card that was signed in person by Elton John in ballpoint pen for his 1998 Elton John AIDS Foundation "Save for AIDS" fundraiser. Very good condition. The card comes with a letter from the Chairperson of Elton John's Foundation with a photograph of Elton John holding one of the signed promotional credit cards. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
