A very unique piece of Richard Wright memorabilia, presented here is his personal Bouzouki from Greece. Wright was a proficient multi-instrumentalist who, in addition to keyboards, also played guitar, flute, cello, trombone, violin, drums, saxophone, bass and this bouzouki. Wright heavily played this during his time in Greece. Wright gave this Bouzouki to Franka Wright, his second ex-wife. Franka mentions that Wright loved this instrument, played it heavily, especially on his Yacht and was thinking about potentially using this in an upcoming album. Franka and Richard sadly divorced in 1994, and then shortly after Richard released his second solo album, “Broken China” in 1996. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance from Franka Wright and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
