Nixon for President and Vice President on the Republican ticket, with voting choices for two ballot questions, as well as voting choices for United States Senator, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Auditor of Public Accounts, State Treasurer, Attorney General and Clerk of Supreme Court for both Democrats and Republicans from the State of Illinois.
