Hernandez was considered the best fielding 1st baseman of his time and was the winner of an unprecedented 11 straight Gold Glove Awards. Hernandez' career spanned 17 seasons playing on three different teams including the World Champion 1982 St. Louis Cardinals and the 1986 New York Mets. Accompanied with the glove is an Official National League baseball signed by Hernandez as well as Golden Glove Award winner first baseman Will Clark.
