This Prince and Bobby Z historic collection includes a one-of-a-kind prototype Simmons electric drum machine which produced many of the famous beats and sounds on numerous Prince hits and recordings. This was made expressly for Prince and was used both in the studio and several World Tours and was obtained directly from Prince’s drummer, Bobby Z. Also includes Bobby’s custom made drum sticks with special padding and tape used on several tours. Accompanied by a heavily used purple stage tambourine, a rare Purple Rain crew only jacket, and set of Purple Rain backstage passes.
