Cavaliere has signed the first page and initialed the third page in blue ballpoint pen. Accompanied by a fourth page, a drawing of the stage construction for the performance. Measures 8.5 x 11. Comes with four 8 x 10 black and white photographs of each member of the group: Gene Cornish, Dino Danelli, Eddie Brigati and Cavaliere.
