Elvis Presley's personally owned and worn 14kt yellow gold owl ring with diamond eyes. The 14kt stamp is on the inside of the band. When Elvis liked a particular style of ring, whether it was the multiple coin rings he owned or the black star sapphire rings he gravitated to, he seemingly had to own every style he really liked. He owned various versions of owl rings, ones with black star sapphire eyes, blue sapphire eyes and this one with diamond eyes. Elvis was known to be extremely generous with his friends and those who worked for him (who he also considered friends), and after wearing jewelry for some time, he would graciously bestow it as a gift, sometimes even to fans. Elvis gave this ring to Patti Perry, who first met Elvis when she was 17 years old, and was like a little sister to him and became a part of his inner circle, even sometimes styling his hair as she did for his Aloha Special. Patti remarked to Elvis that the eyes really jump out at you and really set the ring off, and he immediately took the ring off his finger and put it on hers. When she tried to give the ring back to him, he would not hear of it. Very good condition. Comes with a letter of provenance from Patti Parry and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
