This is an Elton John U.S. Customs Declaration completed, signed and dated in the hand of Elton John. On February 4, 1994 Elton John boarded the British Concorde Flight # BA 001. While on the two-hour flight from London to New York, Elton filled out the document and signed it on the back. This declaration has been officially stamped by The U.S. Immigration Service. An incredible piece of Elton John memorabilia. Measures 4 x 8. Very good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
