Sammy Davis, Jr.'s personally owned and worn Sy Devore custom collarless grey jacket and Certo custom pants. With the Sy Devore custom label stating "Made Exclusively for Sammy Davis, Jr. by Sy Devore, Hollywood" on the inside of the right breast of the jacket and the Certo Los Angeles, California label with Sammy's name handwritten on it inside the pants. The jacket, with all of the original buttons, and the pleated pants are almost matching, each with a small black and white print that flows seamlessly together. In overall very good condition, the jacket, with shoulder pads, has a very tiny hole on the left shoulder top - perhaps from a cigarette ash from one of his fellow Rat Pack members? From the Sammy Davis, Jr. bankruptcy auction. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
