President Herbert Hoover has signed the matte board (7.25 X 10.75) beneath the tipped on photograph of a Howard Chandler Christy 1944 seated portrait painting of Hoover (6.5 X 9). Hoover served as the 31st President of the United States (1929-1933). Good condition with a diagonal crease in the matte on the bottom right corner. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
