American actress and singer Jeanette MacDonald beautifully signed this letter using a black fountain-tip pen. The letter is typed and addressed to Mr. Brown, who must have sent her a fan letter and a poem. MacDonald starred in 29 films throughout the 1930s and 40s, four of which earned nominations for Best Picture at the Oscars. She also earned three Gold Records during this time for her musical releases before shifting her focus to the Opera, radio events, concerts, and television. Very Good condition. Measures 8” x 5.5”.
