This is a broadside advertising the estate sale of MLB Legend and Baseball Hall of Famer Walter Johnson’s farm. The broadside reads “Public Sale” at the top and depicts images of cattle and mules with brief descriptions of all of the farm’s stock. This is a truly rare and unique piece of personal history for a legend of the game.

Johnson pitched in the MLB from 1907 to 1927 and in 1936 was a part of the “first five” inductees into the Hall of Fame. During his career he won a World Series in 1924 and two AL MVPS — remarkable for a pitcher. He is also the only pitcher in history to record over 400 wins and 3,500 strikeouts. Johnson grew up on a farm four miles outside of Humboldt, Kansas, and farming was always a big part of his life. Good condition. Measures 12” x 19.5”. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
