Hey Mickey Mantle fans, this is a very rare ticket stub to the game in which the young Rookie Mickey Mantle hit his very first major league home run, when making only his second appearance wearing a New York Yankees uniform playing in an exhibition game before the start of the 1951 season against the Yankees well known rival Brooklyn Dodgers. This historic event took place at Ebbets Field on April 15. The dated ticket stub owes its’ survival for having been glued into a scrapbook as evidenced by the scrapbook residue on verso and exhibits some creases, tears and tape residue on front perhaps owing from being saved in a wallet or once taped to a game program. Despite the condition, the ticket is still visually recognized from this historic event affording a rare opportunity to own a rare and significant Mickey Mantle artifact. 1.375 X 2.75.
