Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt has signed this State of New York Executive Mansion signature card in black fountain pen (5 X 3.25). After his one term as Governor Roosevelt was elected the 32nd President of the United States beginning his first of four terms in 1933. Roosevelt is one of the most important historical figures for the first half of the 20th century. Roosevelt helped navigate the United states through the Great Depression, World War II and his social security program. Very good condition.
