Astronaut Fred Haise has signed and inscribed this page from the Space Shuttle ALT Integrated Flight Checklist, "Post Landing Safing" Fred Haise Enterprise CDR" in black ink. Haise, who was also aboard the historic Apollo 13 aborted trip to the Moon, was the first to fly the Enterprise and was the Commander of Free Flights. Haise has said that as a test pilot taking command of the first test flight of the Space Shuttle was a highlight of his career. Measures 8x10.5.
