A nine-year-old Britney Spears handwrote and signed this postcard from New York City to her grandmother Lexie Pierce in blue ballpoint pen. This was Britney's first trip to New York City as a performer. She has written, "Dear Maw Maw, I love you. I'm missing you alots. I some times want to go home because of you. And sometimes I want to stay here. Britney." The card is postmarked July 6, 1991. Very good condition. Originally from the 2003 Britney Spears Foundation Auction, comes a letter of authenticity from Britney Spears and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
