Beginning November 16, 1984 Susie Davis and other members of the Sheila E band started performing with Prince and the Revolution on their encore songs. Susie got to sing and dance on I would Die for You, Baby I’m a Star and Purple Rain with him on stage for the remainder of the tour. Susie used this tambourine during this stretch of the tour. From the collection of Susie Davis. Davis was the former keyboard player for Sheila E and has toured with legendary artists such as Prince, Mick Jagger, Sheila E, Billy Idol, Van Morrison, Sinead O'Connor, and many others. Davis performed with Prince and the Revolution during the “Purple Rain” tour. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
