Mary Wilson, famed Motown singer and one of the founding members of The Supremes has signed and inscribed the title page to her book “Dreamgirl” (My Life as a Supreme), “To Sal & Paul, Mary Wilson – Supremes.” The female trio were the most successful Motown act of the 1960s and became the best-charting female group in U.S. chart history. Having just passed away on February 2021, her last single “Why Can’t We All Get Along,” was released posthumously one month later. In 1988 Wilson was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Supreme members Diana Ross and Florence Ballard. Dust jacket shows some wear and tear and the title page has a small tear from the binding. Good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
