This is the earliest known Paul McCartney painting. Paul painted this in 1957 while he attended art school. It is watercolor, on artist's paper measuring 11 x 14.5 inches, one side is a beautiful colorful still life titled 'Object Drawing 17th March" and the other side is an abstract painting titled "Mystery P" very possibly referring to "Paul". Very good condition. This is perhaps the most important McCartney artifact to ever become available to the public. The present owner obtained the painting from "Tracks" of London, the premier Beatles Shop.
