Spice Girl “Ginger Spice” Geri Halliwell wore this red velour jumpsuit during the 1998 Spiceworld Tour. All Five Spice Girls had costumes made of the same kind of material to perform “2 Become 1” as well as a couple of other songs. Geri’s costume is an all-in-one jumpsuit with straps on the shoulders. It features rhinestones on the bust and has a tiny boned corset sewn inside it. The costumes were later made into dolls of the Spice Girls in concert but Geri’s doll was never made as she had left the band by that point. A truly one-off Ginger Spice costume made by Academy Costumes. Very good condition. From the SpiceUp Exhibition at the Business Design Centre in London, the stage worn jumpsuit comes with photos of Geri Halliwell wearing the costume on stage, a letter of provenance, and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity
