This print of a cel from the 1953 Disney short film “Ben and Me” is matted with a signature from Walt Disney himself. The short film is adapted from a movie of the same name, and is a children’s friendly retelling of the story of Benjamin Franklin and the contributions made by a mouse — Amos — that lived under his hat. Disney is without a doubt the most influential animator of all time, and in addition to making the first full-length animated feature films and creating the animation market in the United States he also founded a unique brand of storytelling that persists to this day. Very Good condition. Print measures 16.25” x 14” in its matting and 18.25” x 16” in its frame. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authentication and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
