Both Benito Mussolini — the former Prime Minister of Italy — and Italian King Victor Emmanuel III signed this political document using a black steel-tip fountain pen. The document is dated September 28, 1928, which is while Mussolini was in power after founding the National Fascist Party and taking power through insurrection in 1922. King Victor Emmanuel, who was king of Italy throughout Mussolini’s rule, initially appointed Mussolini in 1922 but deposed him in 1943 during World War II. Good condition. Measures 9.5” x 14.5”. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authentication and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
