A stunning matching set, the stunning perfume bottle measures approximately 5 inches in height and 3.5 inches in width. The matching vanity box measures approximately 5 inches in diameter and 3 inches in height. A fantastical, magical set that was right at home in Graceland. The set is from the personal collection of renowned booking agent and promotional manager Irwin Pate. For over four decades Irwin Pate promoted talent all over the United States and internationally. During his career he and his wife Clarine obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers, including Elvis Presley. Irwin worked with Elvis and his manager Colonel Tom Parker several times in the 1970's. After Elvis passed away, the Colonel gifted Irwin some articles that had belonged to Elvis, including ornate perfume bottle and vanity box set. According to the Colonel, the set came out of Elvis's home, Graceland. Very good condition. The set has been in the possession of the Pates up to the time of this auction. Irwin Pate passed away in May of 2018, and this comes with a letter of provenance from his wife Clarine Pate on Pate Booking Agency letterhead. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
