Pietro Mascagni has written and signed this letter in fountain pen. The letter is dated September, 12 1920 and is written in Italian. The letter speaks about some of his past Opera’s including his most famous “Cavalleria rusticana” composition. Pietro Mascagni was an Italian composer primarily known for his operas. His 1890 masterpiece Cavalleria rusticana caused one of the greatest sensations in opera history and single-handedly ushered in the Verismo movement in Italian dramatic music. The letter is framed along an original picture of Mascagni. Very good condition. Framed to measure 19 x 33. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
