Hall of Famer and captain of the New York Yankees Derek Jeter was AL Rookie of the Year in 1996, All-Star Game MVP and World Series MVP in 2000. Jeter used this Louisville Slugger P72 model bat during the 2000 Yankees championship season. Measuring 34 inches and weighing 29.8 ounces this ash wood bat with a black finish shows excellent use with a handle crack and a piece missing from the handle and knob. The finish on the barrel is peeling. Jeter signed the front barrel in silver marker and in our opinion rates an 8. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity, a Steiner Certificate of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
