A very unique piece of Beatles memorabilia, an original John Lennon carbon receipt which contains his original carbon copy signature. The receipt was for a meal at Dino’s Lodge, a popular restaurant in Los Angeles at the time, with the Beatles frequently visiting there for meals. Lennon was billed $17.28 for his meal and tipped $5.26 for a total of $22.54. Lennon signed the original receipt (for which this is the original carbon copy) in pencil and the numbers “5.26 and “22.54” are in the hand of Lennon. Signature has faded but extremely rare to own one of Lennon’s original receipts with his carbon signature. Measures 4.75 x 3.25. Overall very good condition, with the receipt showing age and minor creasing. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
