Beatles “Yesterday and Today” Mono Third State Butcher Cover (Capitol 2553, 1966). An album created for American consumption, “Yesterday and Today” hit #1 on the charts like all the other Capitol/ Apple LP releases between 1965 and 1970, but it's more remembered for its original pressing's "Butcher Cover." This copy has had the infamous cover pasted over with the non-controversial "trunk" cover removed. Album cover is in good condition, with some scuffing and age. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
