Beatles manager Brian Epstein, represending NEMS Enterprises, has signed this original nine page contract for a performance by Billy J. Kramer and the Dakotas on the TAMI show in blue ballpoint, on the last page. The contract was for the group's work on the shot on October 28 and 29, 1964. Measures 8.5 x 13, with holes punched at the top and holes from where it was stapled in overall very good condition.
