Filmed by Janet Bruce, then wife of Jack Bruce, at the Lewisham Odeon, United Kingdom in January, 1965, this silent, approximately two-minute in length 8mm color film includes approximately 90 seconds of Chuck Berry, 20 seconds of The Graham Bond Organization with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker, and a few seconds of the Moody Blues. Berry is seen doing his trademark "duck walk" with his equally recognizable red ES-345 Gibson guitar, while Jack Bruce is the primary focus of the shooter's lens in this historic film taken 18 months before Ginger and Jack enlisted Eric Clapton to round out the line-up of the legendary power trio, Cream. A few seconds of the Graham Bond Organization segment was licensed to Eric Clapton by Mrs. Bruce for a one-time, non-exclusive use in a future Cream documentary, which does not restrict the future copyright owner. The "Assignment of Copyright" is signed by Jack Bruce's ex-wife Janet, and accompanies the film. Thus, this a very strong copyright. Also included is a DVD copy of the film, which contains extensive home movie footage of the Bruce family, as well as a high-quality magnetic tape.
