Cream band members Eric Clapton (full signature), Ginger Baker and Jack Bruce have signed the cover of their "Early Cream" album cover in black felt-tip marker.
Condition: The album cover is in Good condition with the remnants of its original price sticker. The signatures are in Very Good condition, with Clapton's signature in Excellent condition.
