This is Elvis Presley's 1950's owned and worn black knit pullover top with pink collar and pink trim on the pocket. Very good condition. The knit top bears the "Custom Tailored Palm Springs Shirt" label and is accompanied by photographs of Elvis wearing the shirt at a Memphis roller skating rink with fans as well as with Tanker's fan club president Gary Pepper. Elvis gave the shirt to his first cousin Gene Smith after Gene admired it one day. The shirt also comes with a letter of provenance from Elvis' first cousin Gene Smith where it states that he believed Elvis wore the shirt on stage during some of his early concerts as well as a signed and dedicated copy of Gene's book. "Elvis' Man Friday." Gene had many duties that he performed for Elvis and also appeared in his film Jailhouse Rock. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
