Most of the Vinyl including the Elvis Disc is in good condition

Twelve of RCA's biggest Country and Western acts of 1956 are represented on 10 discs and 40 songs in this rare box set. RCA sent special boxes of promotional EPs to radio stations, record shops, and some reviewers to push their new artists and/or new releases by their established stars. This box, titled "Great Country/Western Hits," is mostly of established stars, with the exception of a new artist, named Elvis Presley. The Elvis EP includes "Blue Moon of Kentucky", "Love Me Tender", "Mystery Train", and "Milkcow Boogie Blues".

Very rare.

Provenance: From the Collection of Eddie Hammer.

Eddie Hammer was a writer for Goldmine and Discoveries magazines. He was a paid guest speaker at many of the Elvis Conventions in Memphis and all over the world. He had one of the largest Elvis Presley collections in the world prior to his death.
