Presented here is Elvis Presley's personally owned and worn 14kt yellow gold, diamond and black star sapphire, with his initial "E" all in diamonds. Size 8.
Elvis gifted this ring to his good friend George Klein, an American DJ and television host who met Elvis in the eighth grade at Humes High School in North Memphis and they remained friends until Presley's death in 1977. They were so close that Elvis was George's best man at George's wedding.
