An Elvis Presley owned and worn star sapphire and 18kt gold ring. The ring is comprised of a cabochon/black sapphire (10.4 x 8.3mm, with poor asterism), 18kt gold, with engraved shoulders. Weight 13.3g. Accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity from Sam Thompson who states that when Elvis gifted the ring to him he said it was a family heirloom. Elvis appears to be wearing this ring in a 1950's March of Dimes promotional shot. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
