Both Elvis Presley and Colonel Tom Parker have signed this 1956 contract amendment to Elvis's RCA recording contract for "Elvis." The contract is dated September 21, 1956 and amends the original agreement, spelling out how the material created ont hat Labor Day weekend in 1956 would be released. After six months of unheralded success and several number one hits, the Colonel wasted not time implementing new demans to regulate Elvis' exposure to the world! Measures 8 x 10.5. Overall very good condition with very small hole at the very top edge. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the Elvis Museum and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
