This is Elvis Presley's stage and personally worn black velvet jacket with high collar, matching cape with red lining and matching bell bottom pants. The cape bears the IC Costume label. The outfit is accompanied by two letters of provenance, one from Harold Loyd on TCB letterhead stating that Elvis gave him the outfit at Graceland. The other letter is from Charlie Hodge on his personal letterhead stating that Elvis wore the outfit in 1970-71 and recalls Elvis wearing it on stage one night at the Hilton in Las Vegas, and then going over to the Riviera to see Engelbert Humperdinck. Hodge states that he was there the day when Elvis gave the outfit to his cousin Harold Loyd at Graceland. Very good condition. Accompanied by both letters as well as a black and white photograph of Elvis with Engelbert Humperdinck. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
