This is Elvis Presley's personally owned and heavily notated copy of "Leaves of Morya's Garden" which he heavily underscored and then gifted and dedicated it to his girlfriend Sheila Ryan. Elvis has signed his initials and inscribed the book to Sheila both on the first and last pages. In addition to the two pages, there are approximately 26 additional pages that Elvis has either annotated or underlined. Measures 5 x 6 x .5. Very good condition. The book comes with a notarized letter from Elvis' close friend, hairdresser, and spiritual advisor, Larry Geller as well as a letter from Sheila Ryan. It was Larry who originally bought the book for himself and showed it to Elvis who immediately fell in love with it and had Larry buy him the entire series. Also comes with a photograph of Elvis, Larry and the Colonel on the set of Elvis' MGM movie "Spinout", a photo of Elvis and Sheila, as well as a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
