A wonderful original candid snapshot archive housed in a photo album containing early photographs of The Who, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Lovin' Spoonful, Little Richard, The Byrds, Arlo Guthrie, B.B. Kind, Buddy Miles, Sam & Dave, Johnny Winter, Ten Years After, Jethro Tull, Spirit, The Chambers Brothers, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Four Seasons, Jeff Beck, Richie Havens, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Vanilla Fudge, Cream, The Beach Boys and The Rascals. All the photographs were taken live at the concerts in the 1960's and all the venues were in New York. Some of the photos you can see the the performers close up such as Hendrix, The Who, CCR, The Byrds, Vanilla Fudge, etc. Others are harder to see such as the Beatles which is taken at Shea from the bleachers and two photos of The Doors at Hunter College, but the photos are very dark and you cannot see the performers. The most photographs are of The Who and of Hendrix. There are approximately 20 Hendrix photos that were taken at Hunter College in New York circa 1965-66. Most of the indoor concert pictures were taken at the Fillmore East in New York City in the mid-1960's and the outdoor photographs were mostly taken in Central Park at the Schaefer Music Festival in the mid to late 1960's (The Who). Sizes of photographs range in size from 3.5 x 3.5 (most of them) to 7 x 5 (at least one of the Hendrix's and one of the Who). All are in color, and all are in good condition. These photographs do not come with copyrights. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
