A Jimi Hendrix signed settlement contract between Hendrix, PPX Records, Michael Jeffries and Warner Bros. Records dated June 24th, 1968. This 14 page important document is signed by Hendrix in black ink on the 13th page, which also bears the Yameta Company official seal, and it marks the release of Jimi from his first contract where Jimi as only paid one ($1.00) one (1) percent of retail selling price of all records sold for his production efforts, minimum scale for arrangements he produces." Comes with PPX Enterprises envelope. This is the only known contract signed by PPX, Michael Jeffries and Warner Bros. It would mark the beginning of a tumultuous career with his new manager Mike Jeffries. This contract originally came directly from PPX Records. Measures 8.5 x 12. Very good condition with wear. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
