John Denver Owned & Worn Custom Western Style Light Tan Shirt with Brown and Orange Flowers.

Owned and worn by one of the most beloved artist is in country music, this is John Denver's' custom western-style light tan shirt with brown, orange and red flowers that are outlined in black. One can easily see John sitting with his acoustic guitar, singing "Rocky Mountain High" in this shirt which is truly iconic John Denver.

This colorful western style long sleeved, open shirt (no closures) comes from the collection of renowned booking agent and promotional agent Irwin Pate, During his very long career, Irwin and his wife Clarine obtained a large collection of personal clothing and articles belonging to numerous entertainers. When traveling on concert tours Irwin often would obtain many of these articles from both tour crew members and venue staff, and some items he obtained directly from the celebrity. Among the vast number of entertainers that he came in contact with, worked with was John Denver, who he worked with on several occasions. During one of his meetings in the late 1970's Irwin told John about the collection he and his wife were building. John later gifted some of his personal items, including this shirt..
