John Lennon Hand-Annotated "Woman Is The Nigger of the World" Lyrics

John Lennon has made annotations in his own hand to these typed lyrics of the song "Woman Is The Nigger of the World" composed by Lennon and Yoko Ono. The notations are written in black sharpie pen and pencil, on an 8.5" x 12" sheet of paper. The song, which first appeared on the Lennon/Ono 1972 album "Some Time In New York City/Live Jam," is a perfect example of Lennon and Ono's intense "political phase." These working lyrics have been pasted together on the bottom and show wear due to age, however, considering its use it is in excellent condition. Estimate $6,000-$8,000.
