John Lennon Owned and Worn "You Are Here" T-Shirt

This is John Lennon's owned and worn "You Are Here" t-shirt. This well-worn shirt has a Russell Southern Company tag that reads: "Size m-38-40". The shirt was given to Cyrinda Foxe who was Steven Tyler's first wife, by John Lennon. Cyrinda was working for Sam Greene who was the Lennon's art curator and personal friend. Cyrinda remembers meeting John and Yoko on many occasions. On one particular occasion John showed up wearing the shirt and Cyrinda told John how cool it was. The next day a messenger dropped off a package for Cyrinda and it was the shirt. A letter from Cyrinda is included. Estimate $5,000-$7,000.
