The Who's original drummer, Keith Moon, has signed and inscribed this original black and white original photograph, "All My Best To Dottie, Keith Moon" in blue ballpoint pen. Moon is regarded as one of the greatest drummers in the history of rock music,he was noted for his unique style of playing and his eccentric, often self-destructive behaviour. After a long period of alcoholism, which resulted in outrageous behavior, giving him the nickname "Moon the Loon," Moon tragically died in London in September 1978, from an overdose of clomethiazole, a drug intended to treat or prevent symptoms of alcohol withdrawal.
